Our next Family Promise Host Week is just a few weeks away! We will be hosting our families in a hotel. Please consider helping this week as we seek to show these homeless families the love of God through our hospitality.
Some things to remember:
If you would like to volunteer or know someone who would and have not been trained, please contact us to set up a time. There are now training videos online also.
If you are signing up as husband and wife that will cover 2 slots so make sure that is indicated.
We have separated the tasks of bringing dinner and being a host; if you plan to bring the meal and stay with the guests for dinner then sign up for both.
We won’t know the exact number and makeup of the families until a few days before but will let you know as soon as possible.
Weekends are often difficult to fill so please consider hosting on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. If the weather is nice, a trip to the park could be a fun activity!
When signing up for a meal, if possible, specify what you plan to bring in the comments section.
Please include your cell phone number so I can reach you with any last-minute changes.
