Pastoring Trips . . . Pastoring Trips are short-term trips designed to bless and care for our missionaries on the field
Partnering Trips . . . Partnering Trips are short-term trips designed to support the ministry of our missionaries in whatever capacity will be most helpful to them
Pioneering Trips . . . Pioneering Trips are short-term trips to field hubs among unreached people groups where the goal is to assist local believers in the work of evangelism and establishment

WHAT IS A FIELD HUB?
A Field Hub is a place outside of our home culture, among an unreached people group, where someone is sent to support the work and learn about church planting movements from mentors on the field.
We see God developing South Asia and East Africa into Field Hubs. We have connections in both regions.

Mercy & Enrichment Pathway: The Mercy & Enrichment Pathway is a process through which we prepare and release Believers Church individuals and families to the people, places, and tasks to which they have been called
Pioneering Pathway: The Pioneering Pathway is a process through which we establish, equip, and launch Pauline Missionary Teams from Believers Church to the 1040 Window through Great Commission Pipelines

What is a Pauline Missionary Team?
A Pauline Missionary Team follows Paul’s example in church establishment using simple, biblical, and reproducible strategies and tools.
- Engage unreached people groups (i.e. Strategic Going/Sending)
- Share the gospel message (i.e. Evangelism)
- Lead hungry hearts into a love relationship with Jesus (i.e. Discipleship)
- Establish mature Christlike churches (i.e. Church)
- Train reproducible leaders (i.e. Leadership Development)
MISSIONARY ADVOCACY
We seek to connect our missionaries with an Advocacy Team who will actively support our missionaries in 3 primary ways while they are on the field.
Communication: An Advocacy Team regularly engages with their missionary
Connection: An Advocacy Team is aware of BC resources and connects their missionary to those resources
Covering: An Advocacy Team champions regular prayer for their missionary
