What is LTS?

Originally called “Leadership Training School,” LTS now stands for “Life Transformation School” because of the testimony of life transformation that occurs. This is an 11-day discipleship intensive filled with clear, dynamic teaching and powerful impartation as we journey through the essentials of our faith and beyond. God will transform your life & relationship with Him.

*If you are new to Believers Church or have not yet attended LTS, we highly recommend you join our upcoming school. For 2026 we will run 2 schools, Jan 21st – 31st and July 15th – 25th.

What Happens in LTS?

LTS is about experiencing the power of the gospel and the realities of God’s Kingdom in every area of your life– from your relationship with God & others, to your finances & sexuality, to the Church & eternal life and everything in between! It all centers around Jesus Christ, His Word, His Father & His Love imparted to us by the power of the Holy Spirit. You will learn from a variety of teachers, receive practical Kingdom instruction and will have opportunities to respond in obedience to God, opening yourself up not just to good head knowledge, but also experiential heart knowledge.

Each participant will be assigned a small group and will sign-up for a personal prayer ministry time devoted to them.

In general we will explore these four significant questions in a wholistic, multifaceted manner:

  Who is God?

  What has God done?

  Who are we?

  What do we do?

Who Leads LTS?

Graham and Marie Catto have been creating this course for over 30 years. LTS grew out of a Youth with a Mission (YWAM) training process providing essential impartation to congregational leaders and members of the local church. Graham continue to assist networks and churches to establish this training throughout South Africa, England, the Netherlands, Swaziland, Asia & in the USA, including our congregation.

At Believers Church, LTS is led by the Believers Church Leadership Team and an outstanding group of servant-leaders.

Why should you join LTS?

Paul writes in Ephesians 4:11-16 that Christ gave His church the gift of leaders to “equip the saints for the works of ministry” and “for building up the body of Christ until we all attain the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God . . . to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ . . .” Oh the unlimited riches, treasures, glory and power of the Kingdom of God that we access to!

We want you to join LTS so that you personally and the church corporately may continue to “grow up in every way . . . into Christ”, that we may be united in Him, built up into Love and be more powerfully employed to do the good works of His Kingdom that He has prepared in advance for us to do. We need the whole body functioning fully, and LTS has proved to be significant help in this work.

When is LTS?

LTS dates for 2026 have not yet been determined. Every session of LTS is very important as most lessons build upon the others.

During these days, the schedule consists of weeknights and weekend days. Although intensive, it is designed so most everyone can attend (though we recommend pairing down your schedule and outside commitments during this time). Also, many people have benefited from taking a day or two off of work during this school (this is not a requirement, but has proved helpful). Parents typically find childcare for their children or alternate their enrollments to cover their own childcare.

We realize that this many hours of teaching and prayerful response over eleven days might sound like a lot . . . and it is. But this a crucial part and value of LTS.

This consecrated time provides a special chance to open your heart to the Father and to each other in unique ways to experience growth and transformation that can literally take months or years without this green-house type environment.

LTS is most effective when you come hungry and teachable, desiring to meet God and commit to attend every session.

  • Sun – 3:00pm – 6:30pm
  • Mon – OFF
  • Tues – 6:15pm – 8:45pm*
  • Wed – 6:15pm – 8:45pm*
  • Thurs – 6:15pm – 8:45pm*
  • Fri – 6:15pm – 8:45pm*
  • Sat – 8:30am – 1:00pm

*Additionally, you will need to schedule a two hour block of time for your personal prayer session during the day of Tuesday – Friday.
